5G connection stability

Thanks. This takes me back to the topic of this thread... Why is it down almost every day. Is it a router problem? Tower? Anyone else using an H112-372 have these issues? Sometimes a reboot works, other times no.
 
I imagine every time @jbroo continues this thread, the Rain rep stands up from their desk, walks over to some massive building, pulls a giant lever down and restart the tower :ROFL:
I've spoken to the rain rep here on numerous occasions. Great guy, but like any company, he just works there...

Yeah they should reboot everything at like 4am daily haha.

He does sound very responsive and helpful. It was just a joke though :ROFL:
 
Still offline. That's 3 days so far in April, or put another way, 10% downtime, not counting all the other disconnections. I'm faffing with hotspots and burning airtime here.

Any update?

Lol I bet you’re the only guy here with these kinds of threads for both 4G and 5G. I really thought your struggles would be over as soon as you got 5G.

I hate to be that guy, you know. I'd rather be sharing ideas and tricks here or helping others. Clearly it's not just me, if their towers are going down.
 
It went down between 4am and 5am this morning. Does rain monitor their towers?

The site is back up again, Please confirm from your side.

It's online. If the sites are being monitored on a "regular basis", why does it seem like there is no proactive response? Why are subscribers not informed? A network status page somewhere would be nice. Afrihost does this quite well.

It seems to me like if I don't report it, nobody is aware...

I'll be here again in a few days I bet.

We apologize once again.

The team is currently monitoring the tower to see why the site keeps going down.
