I have been contemplating posting on MyBB about this. However, due to the fact that I have not received ANY communication via their support email (except for an autoresponder telling me that they will get in touch soon)

There seems to be an issue with the tower that we connect too. My router is mounted, outside and quite high for at least 8 months now. I have had no issues up until now. For the last couple of weeks my connection speed immediately drops to less than a 1Mbps and then stops working entirely. I am not able to load anything for at least 10 minutes and then suddenly comes back. This is incredibly frustrating when you have meetings, calls or remote connection on a daily basis and then this happens multiple times a day.

I have tested with different antenna settings (even auto). Signal strength 100% (5 bars or a score out of a 100 on the "Optimize Location" feature) my 5G signals in terms of DB and dBm is all within good range.

Yes, I have restarted my router. Yes, I am connected via ethernet cable to my device. Yes, the router is mounted outside and connected to a tower less than 500 Meters away from me. Yes, this happens when there is no loadshedding.

Rain, please help. Since it is a paid for service which is broken currently. Ticket #2101310

@rain_networks Thank you, I received a call. Have arranged for them to come anytime tomorrow.

Also, a thread is usually my last resort. For some reason companies (mostly ISP's or hosting companies in my case) seem to respond quicker on MyBB than any other form of support channel, I find this slightly disturbing. However, it does get the issue sorted!

@NeonNinja lol, I believe R999 for a variable speed connection (sometimes 0 and sometimes 80Mbps) depending on the time of day and which problem exists in the area.
