Hey, if it works, it works... just don't use it to back up anything critical! :p

You know Sahara just rebrands third party stuff... so it may be good or it may be... not so good.

My trusty little 128 Mb Sahara Flash Disk is still running strong after 8 years.

Sahara flashdisks rock man

I have a 4 and 8 gig sahara, all are perfect.

Sahara has very good quality products these days. The case is not the greatest but it works well enough and its so flippin cheap.

My Sahara 4GB:

Code:
:~$ lsusb
Bus 002 Device 004: ID 1307:0165 Transcend Information, Inc.

Well thats very good :D Transcend

Im currently using a 4GB

Got a 2gb Sahara for over a year now, no problems. Just so slow compared to Corsair and the likes.

I can handle slow :)

The corsair 8gb and sahara 8 gig price diff is large :), nothing like loading 8 gig of music for the car radio. Just waiting for the 16gb to come under 200 like the 8gb, maybe 6 months :p

My Sahara 4GB is suprisingly fast. Download speeds of between 15MB/s and 20MB/s (on a computer supporting USB 2.0 of course) and upload speeds of between 4MB/s and 6MB/s

I had a 128mb a few years ago... Worked fine for about a year and then it packed up. Windows doesn't recognise it's plugged in anymore

Copied about 250 MB of data, speed  not bad i must say... lets wait & see! NO! Am very happy for this free gift :)
