8ta 628 error

Now i am off roaming and on the 8ta network. Yesterday i tested it at my work and it worked fine.
At home i got 1 to 2 bars signal but cannot go past authentication.
now back at the office i have full signal on the 8ta network wcdma and again it stps at authentication and gives me the 628 error communincation terminated bt remote computer.

Please help as 183 helpdesk cannot help me\
 
I also went off roaming yesterday and can't authenticate- also waiting for feedback from help desk
Using huawei e173 dongle.
 
i am using a e220.
it was working yesterday at my office. also in my phone i get no connection. and yes i have the 8ta settings as well.
want to get the 10 gig deal butt it does not look good
 
On my phone i can selected MTN network and then i can use my pre-paid data package but if i let it auto connect on my phone it connects to 8ta network but it wont allow me to use the data.
On my E173 dongle it auto connects to 8ta and wont allow me to use data.
Still waiting for feedback...........
