8ta airtime charges problem

Hi, guys. I am on 8ta for quite a lot time. But it seems to charge me R2 per min which is way too high. Any idea on how to resolve this?

What was the previous charging?
What tariff is displayed when accessing http://onnet.8ta.com ?
Which number they charge you: landline/cellular/special?

oh. its prepaid..I dont know how to get in to that website. I think they charge me as cellular

There are 2 prepaid price plans I can see

Telkom More:
https://secure.telkom.co.za/today/shop/plan/telkom-more/
(get free airtime when you recharge that last for 7 days, can be used to call, sms or OOB data, calls are 95c per min)

and SIM SONKE:
https://secure.telkom.co.za/today/shop/plan/sim-sonke-plan/
(no free airtime, but calls cheaper, 25c per min to TM number, 75c per min to other networks)

Dial *180#
Select Option 5 – “Tariff Change”
And select the one you want

You're probably on Telkom More. The price for calling is R1.90 per minute.
