I am on i5 promo 10gig + 10gig night shift. How to check ? its showing on the dashboard, My sim is in the moderm i am not sure if they did send an sms

I have several prepaid 8ta SIMs. The one that recently activated 60+60 got 500MB:
"Dear customer, Thank you for your loyal support in 2013. To show our appreciation, you have received 500MB of all network data for free to enjoy during the festive period. Free data expires 31 December 2013."
I'm not complaining that the others didn't receive it, but it is puzzling. For example one of the other was recharged in excess of R2000 and sent more than 4000 SMSs during 2013. And I activated another 60+60 earlier in the year, yet it didn't get the bonus.

I have just noticed that the data that is going to be expired in January is being depleted first.
This is not nice. Somehow 8ta can not get their billing right.

My i5 promo that I renewed to include 10 + 10 GB has received lots of bonus data (3 extra bundles). But my second i5 promo that has not expired yet, and not renewed for 10 + 10 received no bonus data. So it looks like only contracts that have been renewed received bonus data. Maybe TM saying sorry for the billing problems for people that upgraded. BTW I never had any problems with my upgrade, charged R 199.00 right through the upgrade in October.
Telkom Mobile thanks for the bonus, but I think it would have been best to keep the bonus and fixed the billing.
Why can't you get the billing correct for once. I am on 10+10 for R199, then I got a bill for R299, then last month got a R100 discount. Today we are back to R299 again.

I think you are correct as I also am on the old Internet 5 promo and did not receive any extra data. Right now I might not renew it again if I keep on hearing on this forum about Telkom Mobile's inability to bill people correctly for the newer deal.
