My company applied for 2 8ta Data Contracts through the Cresta Telkom Direct store, we were given the Sim cards and told the contracts will be activated 24 to 48 hours later. It has now been two weeks and they have still not been acitvated. We have tried calling the store multiple times and they don't answer (Phone Number 011 478 5395) we have tried emailing them and they keep promising feed back but we have still had none. We have been to the shop multiple times with absolutely no result. No one seems to take resposibility for this.
I have also spent most of this morning being transferred and hung up on through the 8ta call centers. I start explaining my problem to the 8ta consultant, and all they do is say hold on while we transfer you and they hang up. I have called about 6 times with the same result. This has now become absolutely ridiculous. No one wants to help and keeps trying to forward the problem onto some one else.
