We have 4 8tq contracts and we activated intenational roaming. 2 of the 4 accounts are working. When we phone Telkom 8ta they tell me I must come in. Hello??? I am now outside RSA. We filled in all the forms simultaneously and handed them in personally at Telkom branch. Why are 2 activated and others not?? I have contacted cell phone companies in the country where I am. They say problem is 8ta sim card s being rejected because it is not activated? HELP
 
Try to get hold of the Telkom team on Twitter. I don't think the Telkom reps on here have been active in the past few months.
