I did, it went to telkom, and they were like wtf...

I even tried 8ta's support number (081 180).

No idea why they didn't call me at 1pm. As when they originally called me I asked them to call when they are there...

It was raining then, ffs!
 
OK...I just discovered that the modem is set to connect on 3G (WCDMA), that’s why I get full signal (4/4 bars) and 11.2Mbps cause it’s connected via 3G. When I changed the modem to “LTE Only” mode, I only get 1/4 bars and 1.90Mbps. mmmmmm.......
 
Modem Connection Indicators

Flash Green = Connected to 3G (WCDMA)
Flash Blue = Connected to 4G (LTE)
 
Got my call to confirm participation, now need to wait for call number 2....

hehehe....

When I put the modem in 3G mode...I get 10Mbps, when I change it to LTE mode I get max 2Mbps.

Maybe they still working on it or something.
 
Well it is a trial so it probably will take some time to perfect :)
