I recently subscribed to an 8ta internet saver contract that includes 3gigs anytime and 3gig night surfer. This contract included a Huawei E5331 Mobile router.
My internet connection refuses to work once I get home, prior to taking the contract I did verify network coverage for my area, which I do have.
Numerous calls to the contact centre have been without a solution. On my most recent call to the call centre the agent did advise me that my internet connection is using a MTN source, and after following numerous steps which included resetting the router twice I did get a 8ta connection. Once I switched of the router and tried on another occasion it refused to work
When using the internet out of my area it does work fine and showing that it is using an 8ta connection.
What can I do to remedy the situation? Any assistance will be appreciated.
