8ta Sim card issue

Hello Folks

Bought an 8ta prepaid sim to see how it works,

Problem is... It doesn't seem to be registering on the network.
Tried the 8ta sim card on three different cell phones, and still gives them same issue.

The sim is registered (Rica enabled) so I don't see why it should have any problems?

Can anyone please advise??


Is there a number I should phone to activate it on the network?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
