Might be a good idea to take out a calculator and do a few sums before posting away like crazy.

9TB in one single month is impossible on a 3G network. Do the maths.

Yeah it sounds mightily implausible. I notice the OP bomb-posted, so more than likely a schit-stirring troll...

Not in sa

My for fone is mechanically able to reach 7.2mbs (Galaxy Y), but I've never passed 1mbs.
Maybe I'm wrong though.

I did some math. At the advertised 42mbps (yeah right) you can do 14TB in a 31 day month.
Looking at the vodacom speed test thread it seems nuyork is the highest with 30mbps and with that you can do 10TB (hdd mnfr math).

Hello,

I am just doing some research to an issue in our company. A user has a bill of 9terabyte for 1 month. Has there ever been a case like this. It equates to about 300gb per day. He has a normal usb modem and does not share his connection with anyone.

He is with Nashua mobile and they are saying that it is his bill is accurate but there is no way humanly possible to do this in SA on a 3g stick, is there??

thanks very much

kind regards

Nothing like shouting "OOB shark!" and watching the esusing chaos.

Pics or it didn't happen.
