A brighter picture

Interesting....I always thought Plasma's were a winner regards watching tv.
 
I'm not surprised, their displays are brilliant..far cry from their humble beginnings...remember Goldstar ?
It might be because other big international players like NEC, Toshiba and even Phillips are not readely available in SA.
Regarding LCD vs Plasma I'm still not convinced LCD is ready to take on Plasma in the home theatre environment, still a long way to go in picture enhancement and smoothing, reminds me of an old VCR tape.
 
So what about there smaller displays. Would it be worth it to get a 19" for you pc????
