Im using Adsl Tellkom and im getting allot of disgusting Spam a day through Outlook Express. How do i stop it, please help.

I went to my ADSL Tracker and saw this, whats all this about.

I have never signed my E-mails to any of that, so i have no idea where all these garbage come from. Dont you guys have a Spam protection or blocker program.

If you are atatched to your @whatever email addres, get gmail to fetch that email for you - it'll filter it beautifully.
