I have been without Wi-Fi for the past three (03) days, and I’ve absolutely had enough. I’ve tried rebooting several times with no avail. My son and I use this Wi-Fi for school and work purposes respectively and you can imagine the frustration that we have been under since Tuesday. I’ve tried calling the customer care number to no avail, I’ve sent through a request for a call back also to no avail and I’m absolutely fed up now. I wish this companies readiness to cater to their customers and their queries was as timeous as their debit order system month end.
