Yes, I also tend to buy higher that the advice I gave above. The point I was just trying to make is that it is bogus to try to buy a graphics card for the long run. (Comments about bricks in another thread here.) Graphics cards are complete crap in the long run. If one wants a fast one now, then buy it, but please do not call it an investment in the future or whatever. The best long run strategy would be to buy mid range repeatedly. Now I just have to start following my own advice.

Yeah when buyin things like speakers, monitors, keyboard, Mouse always get good stuff as it will last the longest as it wont need to be upgraded.

I actually wanna get a Antec P180 at some point but I am not crazy about silver. Great case tho.

I'm gonna go get myself a Jetmaster JR case in silver,I'm a junky for silver,my whole setup is silver ATM,inc speakers.....
Using a Soprano ATM,looks like a modern fridge and I love it!
Also got a Xaser3 silver which I'm "modding" ATM,top blowhole,lighting switches,fancy coloured red glow fans etc etc
SILVER FTW
Jetmaster Jnr is so sexy!
Only 500Bucks,thats the thing bout cases,you dont always have to pay too much for good construction and air flow design.

I also think silver cases look excellent... I currently have a silver TT case but would love to get my hands on a Antec P180. That case rocks!!!

Where gfx is concerned, I just bought myself a GF6800TD and unlockeed the pipes.
The thing runs like a demon!!!
I run most games at full res now and the card set me back less than R2k
VERY IMPRESSED
