Hey there

For once I am not giving you grey hairs

Just to let you all know, I was having a problem with my one phones contract simcard. After going through the normal routes I was getting greyer and greyer.

To cut a long story short, our rep personally resolved it for me. Going beyond the call of duty once again for me. As he has done so before.

Mr Rep (not going to use you real name here) thank you so much for putting up with me and still assisting me. And no I am not as bad as I might come across
