I'm having a problem with my dualview. i have a geforce 6200(yes i know its not the best but its in me budget) card and forceware 175.19. . the dualview worked well then. Now a couple of days ago all of the sudden it stopped working and i am baffled as to why.
Does anybody may have some suggestions as to what may be the problem or how to find out what the problem is.

In vista my dual view works perfect but in xppro mediacentre sp3 it was working but now its just showing a blue screen on the tv.
I checked connectors and i uninstalled the drivers and cleaned the pc from leftover files.I then reinstalled the 169nvidia drivers and dual view worked again. Now when i reinstall the 175.19 drivers my dual view wont work, all other modes works great like single view/clone view..etc but the b@stard dualview is a beeech.

I cant understand why nvidia would not take that driver off the shelf so to speak. There is a few ppl on the net having the same problems.

Yes, it happened to me ... also with an Nvidia card... only way I fixed it was to re-install Windows XP.

Since then I only buy ATI cards.

One thing I am noticing about the Nvidia drivers is that latest version may not always be the best. While meandering through their site a few weeks ago, I found that the most recent driver then (can't remember version) was not suited for my 7600GS (AGP), it was actually recommend (on the site) to make use of one that was a couple of months old.

i dont think i will reinstall again. There has to be a solution,i checked the nvidia site and there is no solution but a rollback,i dint want to roll back...its stupid.

Also had problems that the newer drivers don't want to work with sertian things the best thing would be to see what is the latest drivers that work for u and use that every time since all the newer drivers just won't work.

But why would a person not run the latest drivers.I mean for peters sake:Di cant go back to sh1tty drivers.WIll try a different solution tonight,My vista has the same drivers, and it works dualview all the time.......I cant believe that xp would have a problem like this.I was hoping vista would be the one to sit with these problems.
