Aardvark not working with Telkom ISP

When I am on local only cap I have used Aardvark as my search engine, but for 2 months now, when I do a search from the "Advance Search" option (not Google!), the search results does not display (the border art, frames and adds display, but the results area stay empty). I checked with another Telkom ISP client and the same happens to him.

The lady at the Telkom ISP helpdesk does not understand the problem :wtf:, so she was of no help :cry:.

Anybody else with the same problem or suggestion?

(incidentally this happens even if I use a WebAfrica or MyISP account over the Telkom line...???!!!)

It might be a plugin? Java or something missing?
There should be a "Contact us" or webmaster email or something to that effecton the web page? Maybe you can make a screen-print and mail it along with your explanation?
 
Aardvark is local and it does it with international bandwidth as well. I still think it is one of the best local search engines - it is fast and its advanced search is as good as Google's. So, I would like to resolve the problem, if possible.
