South Africa's new traffic fine system must be scrapped — AA

The Automobile Association of South Africa says the sacking of Road Traffic Infringement Agency CEO Japh Chuwe has raised serious questions about Aarto.

Please, you're living in a dream world if you think that Aarto will actually be rolled out by 1 July 2022. These fools couldn't run a bath. They've been trying to roll it out for last 13 years without success.
