Biggest problem with ABSA is that they really don't care about their customers. They don't even care about their stock holders apart from one British company whose name now eludes me
Said British banking company will suck ABSA (meaning its customers and other stock holders) dry until there is almost nothing left. Then they will sell that off to one of the others banks. Maybe not next year or the year after, but probably sooner than you think.

STD bank e- statements open with a unique password you set on the internet banking portal. Using an ID number is just silly.

Default is ID Number though, as this is what mines is set to. Will try change.

I hate Striata. Most frustrated program ever. Cell C also uses them and that was one of the reasons I moved away from them. Thank goodness, FNB don't use this rubbish program.
