This bank is so ****ing useless at everything - how can the most expensive bank not be capable of providing decent hardware to support month end.

Just got an email from some ABSA technical support dumbo. He/She tells me it might be related to my settings. They assume I still use IE6 as well. Just f.......g admit that your site did not perform yesterday instead of blaming it on the customers PC

Which news sites can you report it to? Maybe one will be willing to do a story on it - give them the press they deserve.

I wonder if the bankers have special software for accessing your account from their laptops... I'm going to find out quick... then arrange that either my banker do everything, or come here and I do everything with her.

Still can't access the Absa site, tried all of yesterday too.
It appears to me to co-incide with their new design changes?

Just like everything else at ABSA - its a half-arsed job.

If this is related to the deployment of their new site - they should use the "undo" button, and not give the retards that screwed it up in the first place the opportunity to fix it at client's expense.

Not working for me today, just says - 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable.

I have payments to make ffs
