Dear Chris Knipe
Thank you for your endless patience with this query and we apologise most profusely for any inconvenience that we may have caused.
With reference to the service request number, S3-LPOAI-I2N9, the feedback received from the accounts Division is as follows:
They requested that you fax through, stamped 3 months bank statement from Absa Bank to proof that your Absa account still exist, because when we submitted a debit order to Absa, the debit order returns as “Account closed.”
The Accounts Division has been trying for the past 3-4 months up until our Administration Division removed the debit order and we never received any cash payments from for those months. Due to the none payment the line was then deleted.
The Accounts Division requested again from you to fax the bank statements, so that we can compare those details with the previous details that we had on the system before an update was done, because according to you, you never had an Fnb account.
We also received a letter from Fnb with the your account details and the request from you for the banking details to be updated. There were also call recordings of you requesting that we update the banking details as well, however, you insisted that you never asked for your details to be updated.
Our Account Division advised you to pay the outstanding balance, purchase a blank sim card for a reactivation to be done but you also refused to do that.
Regards
