Acer Atheros driver for wireless adaptor

Have you tried running Windows Update by using a ethernet connection.

I think that's the adapter in the Acer Aspire One, correct? You could check out the Linux compatibility pages to see which driver is used there.

Acer's web site is really good with drivers and such.
Use it all the time.

sorry for the late response, was off partying and now hungover.

its the aspire 3680's internal wireless card. belongs to my nephew and I am not sure what he has done with it, the ethernet connection was not being picked up. the etheros website provides a fetch program, which I did not wanna download. and some other sites wanted to charge me.

stupid me - did not try the Acer site

i will check out the partner site, which i think i went to. cant remember now.
