How do you get hold of someone who can actually help at Afrihost? I have such a simple query that simply needs someone to spend 5 minutes to understand the issue, look at the info and apply the most rudimentary common sense to resolve it.

I have logged a ticket, called the call centre, requested call backs, had WhatsApp chats, tried to get hold of supervisors and managers, emailed the ceo (which is just a generic inbox for customer service).

Does anyone know the ceo's mom? Maybe I can ask her to give him a talking to and get someone to do their job.

The "service" from Afrihost is non-existent, been on WhatsApp for hours with people who understand nothing, then get a call from a person I trusted will sort out the issue, well nothing
