Adapter adds eSIM to any Android smartphone

South Africans interested in the benefits of eSIM technology can buy an adapter to add the capability to a cheaper smartphone at a fraction of the price of acquiring a smartphone with built-in eSIM support.

eSIM stands for an "embedded SIM" — a subscriber identity module (SIM) that features a remotely programmable universal integrated circuit card (UICC).

Yeah, pretty sure in a year or two, there will be lower end phones with esim capability for R1500.

Dont see esim there , unless there is a different model

But yeah , A55 may be slightly better in some areas and worse in others.
Xiamo one was released in 23 , a55 in 24

Would help if you actually gave more info, is this the A55 or the S23FE, both of which do have e-sim.
