Adding a wifi range extender when I use MAC filtering - Advice please

Hi all

So this is my first post and i need some advice. I currently have MAC filtering on, on my wifi enabled router that is sharing my internet from the fibre line to various devices. All these devices have MAC addresses that i have input manually to grant access. I now want to add on a range extender and hence have two questions

1. How to I add a range extender to this set up?
2. How will this affect MAC filtering for the other devices?

Any help will be appreciated.

1. Ethernet cable to the device from the router (or wifi if its a repeater)
