Hair loss can be caused by alopecia, and it is a disease (or a symptom of a disease). There are fake eyebrows available... googling leads to a US company called Nu-brow, don't know if they have a seller in SA, but it wouldn't hurt to contact them.

If the loss is permanent what about hair plugs?
So what disease would that be? I'm sure if you asked her she could remind you. Frequent use of crystal meth could also cause you to suffer hair loss, hopefully this will stop once you cease using the world's most dangerous drug.
