Adobe Creative Cloud

Has anyone signed up for Adobe Creative Cloud using a US address.

If you have a US address PS is $19/pm but if you use a ZA address its $49/pm.

I don't understand why its different, but if I need to say I am in the US then so be it but just want to check if anyone has already done this and if there any warnings I should be aware of

Currently there is a special for Adobe Creative Cloud, but if recall, it is only in the US.

I have a CC account and paying $49/pm for ALL the software. Not worth paying for seperate software anyway. Seeing that you can install CC on two machines, why not hook up with a friend and share a subscription?
