Adobe purchase issue

Need some help please.

My girlfriend is trying to sign up for Adobe services. Initially Adobe express and now Adobe Creative Cloud.

However, we cannot get it to accept payments details.

Tried about 5 different cards, addresses etc. it keeps failing for card details and postal codes.

Has anyone here successfully signed up for any Adobe services? If so, any tips?
 
Is the account registered in the same geography as the cards?

They might be geo-blocking in that regard.

Yea, registered locally with local cards. I also created an account and tried with my cards, same issue.
 
I've had various different Creative Cloud subscriptions over the past few years, I didn't do anything special, just went to the website and entered my particulars and CC details. Are your cards VISA or Mastercard? Which Banks?

Either adobe cc having issues or our rsa banks being smart again.
 
Got this sorted by downloading the app on her phone and subscribing through that which worked.

Really stupid issue, hopefully they fix it soon.
