Hi me 'ol friendo's......i would like to hear your opinion to the following.....maby i'm missing something, don't know.....please help..
I believe Telkom has put the 3Gig-Cap limitation so that people don't "abuse" the download/upload speed.....my question now is---->
from the 1st of the month up-to the time you reach the 3gig limit, you can surf nearly 100% at full capacity, afterwards nerly 0% capacity...This does not make sense.......As we all know, EVERYONE, or MOSTLY everyone is on the net from the 1st of every month with +-100% speed....so....where is the abuse???....If there WERE any abuse, SURELY it would have been noticed in the beginning of the month, because THAT'S the time when everyone uses the net.....not so??....i mean, if there was abuse....how the hell do we all get it right to practicly get +-100% download speed when we all are still in the 3Gig bracket???....
cheers [8]

Very simply, Telkrap see themselves in a nanny role, despite their obvious incompetence in many ways. This role is motivated by nothing more than greed, in my opinion, and not for any altruistic motive or interest in fulfilling their public service mandate. Hence they offer the facility of purchasing another account, for example. This is also the basis for their 4Gb hard-lock capping facility - more money for jam, their dysfunctional decision-makers must be saying...

It is all a load of bollocks, there whole reason is cause some one appantelty downloaded 80gig in 1 month befor the cap so to stop this happening they capped it. but 3 gig, that is just silly.

There is no peace without war!!!

Then there's also the whole issue about them crippling the service to protect their other outdated services which rake in the money.
