It's amazing how nonsensical the VDSL rollout has been in PE. The wealthiest suburb in the city, Mill Park, doesn't have VDSL while loads and loads of low income areas do. Makes perfect sense not to upgrade the people who spend the most on their internet.

I get "green" dsl coverage. But Telkom says I can't get adsl due to cable theft that took place more than 2 years ago...
Once the map loads, the status balloon says I don't have 3G, LTE or any sort of dsl and I currently use Telkom wcdma :?:?:?

ADSL availability and maximum speed supported by your exchange cannot be determined at this stage. For residential services please contact the call centre on 10210, for business services please contact the call centre on 10217.

Messaged Telkom rep yesterday asking about coverage in my area and if the cables have been replaced, still no response. Post heritage day hoildays?

Telkom rep got back to me. Unfortunately, no adsl, possible map glitch .
I'll have to move to get adsl.
