Adsl Connection vs VDSL Connection

You should be able to benefit from a shift to VDSL, provided VDSL is available in your area and you are connected to a vdsl capable node.

After checking the above, get the modem first and then get hold of your ISP to organise the move to vdsl.

I'm busy with that process and its not easy, so far about 20 calls logged with 10210 and 10213.
On the left hand Telkom Sales say its Technical, on the right hand Technical say Sales must change the Profile. :wtf:

In regards to the ISP changing the modulation from ADSL2PLUS to VDSL2, my line is with Telkom but they are not my ISP. My ISP says its Telkom's job, which would make sense as I pay them for the line.
