ADSL gigs/speed split

Hi,
I'd like to get the DO broadband 3 account

I'd then like to split the 5gb bandwidth/speed over 2 different computers.

ie - Computer 1 gets 3 gig and can use the full 4mb speed
Computer 2 gets 2 gig and only has 1mb speed max at any time

Anyone know of a program (even open source linux with a dedicated box) that can do such a thing?

You might wanna have a look at Squid - it's a proxy which can limit http speed at least - You might be able to install something to monitor usage.
