adsl help

So I just applied for telkom Adsl/dsl, connected everything (applied on friday) and today (saturday) telkom sent me an sms with my email and stuff on it, so put on the router and my phones connect to it, but no page opens, it just connects and then nothing, the first light on my Huawei telkom router comes on and so does the WLAN led but that's about it, the adsl led is on but dim, it flashes at times but not all the time, I think it flashes when I connect, the land line (telephone)has its tone so nothing wrong there, please help, could someone please tell me what's going on?

Have you checked the SMS you received? When you applied, how did you go about doing that?

Went to telkom and asked for wifi at home, after some process they told me wait for a week to receive an sms from telkom, got the sms, only has some username, email login and email adress oh yeah and password

can you get to www.telkom.co.za on default? Take a pic of the lights that are on.

I figured it out, its beacuse I didn't activate adsl online, now the thing is how to I get an order number? And how important are those things I've said in the sms?
