I have noticed that when I'm being throttled SA sites still work at full speed so when throttled , sites like netflixs and showmax work at max speed ?

p2p and nntp are impacted by their AUP/FUP.

Streaming via Netflix and Showmax is not...

I heard it's my username that's glitched , it's supposed to be in lower case but my username is in capital letters. I'll change my password and give it a try, THANKS!

Has someone explained that to you? Exactly what is wrong with your user name being in capitals iso. lower case??

Should not accept these things without clarification .......

When i first got the whole fair usage message from telkom , you're supposed to follow the message prompt an accept the terms and conditions but when i logged my details to accept the conditions it just did nothing , headed to a local telkom shop and they were unable to assist me until i came here an asked for assistance in a telkom thread. A guy asked for my telkom username and fixed it in minutes!! , I was curious and asked why was i unable to accept the whole fair usage agreement and he told me that my username is supposed to be in lowercases and he logged a fault but the problem is still active.
Even my buddy has the same issue, unable to view his usage, his username is also in caps :/

Probably a limitation on the software that tracks data usage which runs behind the scenes of the web login and only allows lowercase usernames. Just guessing though.

Yes I am inclined to accept your explanation as a possibility, rather than a problem with creating usernames in general.
