Hey guys, I have a Do Modem router and I want to connect my PC's to the internet. I have a LAN cable connecting to one, but the others are in different rooms. I only know to connect the rest wireless via the modem. I cannot have a LAN cord running through the rooms. Is the only way to buy a Wireless card for the PC's or buying another router to connect it in each room? Suggestions will be much appreciated.[/SIZE]

Connecting a router to each of the pc's would be pointless since only 1 router will be able to connect to the internet at a time and defeats the purpose of a router entirely.

you could run the lan cables through the roof, it's usually shorter distance and you don't sit with the clutter of cables. Otherwise, wireless dongle is the easiest solution here

1. Lay network cables (best solution but much labour)
2. Ethernet over Power lines (Homeplugs, powerlines/ circut dependent)
3. USB/PCI wireless adapters (enviroment dependent)
