Sign up with GoogleIn 2012, for roughly 3 months (September, October, November) the internet in Kuils River was unusable thanks to exchange congestion.
It took 3 months of of almost daily phone calls to Telkom on the part of myself and a number of other users for the issue to be fixed.
The problem seems to be back. The exchange here in Kuils River seems to be congested once more.
My 4mb line is illustrating erratic performance, unacceptable Router-to-ISP hop pings and varying amounts of packet loss.
I'm going to be harassing Telkom again until the issue is addressed (again). If anyone else in Kuils River has started to notice congestion issues again, please note it here and provide relevant status updates.
