why cant telkom put the system that shows the status of your installation somewhere online? if i have to hold on another 30 mins to hear "we are waiting for installation date" i'm gonna scream
 
Relax, watch a movie or something. They probably won't do it because it will take too much effort and cost too much money NOW. In the long run it would be better and will save them money and even increase the quality of their support.

But unfortunately Telkom is a NOW kind of company, they have very little vision of the future :(
 
IT GETS FREAKING ANNOYING, i mean how hard is it to just at least put something with more than a 10second long tune, maby even a cd that plays over and over. can we not have a fund raiser and invest in a little radio that they plug into their so -state-of-the-art pabx and maby gooi some radio for us i mean you can listen to 5fm then at least. and i think by the 100th time that the woman tells you just how important you really are to telkom and how they will attend to you soon they can really stop that i mean i get the point!! jirre bad day today for me :(
 
Telkom would free up so much of their call center staffs time if they allowed clients to apply for services (properly not what they do now) and monitor the progess of those applications online. They would save money and have less unhappy clients.
 
Ye this is a good idea.. Would be great to check that status of ur line installation.....
