ADSL ISP & package - recommendations please

OK, so my colleague needs ADSL at home. He has already had the 4 Mbps line installed by Telkom, and now needs to decide on an ISP offering.

My initial thought was Axxess.

He has two kids who are both fairly heavy internet users, and he himself would probably prefer to have full international internet access throughout the month.

Could I have some ideas please as to who he should consider as ISP (no-nonsense, reliable, good tech support) and what package(s)?

Uncapped Express+ is definitely worth it. Works ok during the day for simple browsing, but you can't beat unlimited full-speed fibre downloads at night and on weekends.

Always worth considering having separate ISP accounts for each person, setting up the router in bridge mode and making each PC establish its own PPPOE connection. The 4Mb line speed would still be impacted (as with any option), but this way you could have completely different monthly caps - or prepaid, with no month-end cut-off - for each user.
