My problem is quite simple, b4 7pm during week (monday - friday) my internet is perfect, stable, a dream. After 7pm and over weekends it just goes wack, with inconsistant ping replies, timeouts, spikes, internet will also freez from time to time for 5-10sec. I never actually get disconnected though.

I'll just have to wait until they decide to upgrade our dslam :( Might take weeks/months/years/centuries.. who knows.

Yeah, I have (had?...maybe) the exact same problem. I b1tched and moaned for 8 months boet....8 months. Right now it seems to be ok most of the time.

Log a fault, then immediately escalate it via [email protected]; send like 10 e-mails in a row. Do this every day until you get a phone call; clearly explain to them that your line is perfect (if it is of course) and that you think it's congestion because it only happens after hours and over weekends. Maybe maybe, something will get done about it <-- what I did...for 6 weeks before I saw some improvement .

Mr Jax

I have been helped, and they technician told me he requested for a dslam upgrade in our area. So I dont think it will help if i continue to moan ?

Don't moan. Just politely check progress in a friendly manner each and every day via phone.

I agree, if they are doing something concrete about it, just let it roll and follow up every now and then, no reason to complain then :)

Cool thanks

I will email them weekly and ask. Today i sent them an email to ask if theres some online way to track the progress. Doubt there will be though.
