Hey
Well a telkom technician came out to my house yesterday, testing the line and such, and declared everything to be fine. I then told him that my line only degrades after 6.30pm. So after chatting a while and confirming that the issue occurs on different ISPs, he told me what he can do is go to the local box and change/replace my dslam and that I must test my line again that night.
Tested the line yesterday evening, but the problem still persist.
Heres my SnR / LA over 1 day 10 hours, im assuming it takes the current SnR and LA, this was taken at 7am today, im sure its worse at night, ill post another one tomoz. But its clearly lower than before with quite a few errors.

hmm, I wonder if this is related. I'm in Durbanville, Aurora area, and since beginning to mid Jan I've been experiencing a large number of linesync issues. My line stats are unchanged from what they were previously.
The drops are generally random, but I did notice an interesting pattern upon checking my router logs. There is a higher than usual chance of a drop occurring at 02:20, 06:20, 10:20, 14:20, 18:20 and 22:20.
Been meaning to get on Telkom's case, but I am a lazy bastardand it is only an annoyance when I am gaming online.

Do you by any chance have a burglar alarm linked via a radio signal to your security company?
