My internet hasn't worked for 2 weeks. Afrihost says my router is not connecting to the nearest Telkom Exchange. I wish they would, however stop closing all my tickets as resolved as they are not!
Even went onto Facebook to get someone to respond. My ref number is:11BWK101214
Apparently telkom Technician is coming out tomorrow or over the weekend... Let's wait and see....

Telkom shuts it down as the home page gets re-directed to their "usage" page
and if i log in it tells me you have uncapped acount and we dont provide a usage service for uncapped accounts !
You say proper ISP any suggestions ?

Are'nt the markets pretty stagnant over the weekend?
My ADSL have been off now since last week Thursday after a techncian moved my line or some such. 5 days later and they haven't even sent a technician yet to take a look at the issue. Numerous calls to Telkom and no success, this is really starting to piss me off as I'm paying now for something that I can't use.
