ADSL line problems

Greetings, here is the extract from the ADSL modem log, I called telkom a few times, but they say that the line is fine and I need to contact my ISP (VOX), but vox says that this is Telkom's fault. Any Comments?

Whenever I have problems with my connection, I get Telkom to reboot the line for me and that always seems to solve the problem unless the problem is at the exchange and then they just log it and it gets fixed within a few hours.
