ADSL Predictions for 2011

Based on false hope and some thumb sucking. Bandwidth prices will start to drop slightly. Uncapped might actually become worthwhile less shaping etc. LLU won't happen or if does it won't be to anybody's real benefit yet. Telkom will keep there ADSL prices the same, but will introduce a new 1mb service at R20 cheaper than a 4/10mb line.

So what are your predictions?

I predict telkom rams the pineapple further up SA's poop-shute while providing " A world class, proudly South African " service. Seacom will conveniently break consistently at inconvenient occasions. Wacs might reach africa and probably offer services 1% cheaper than sat3/safe and make 90% profit, thereby assisting Telkom and their pineapple with a watermelon.

Telkoms looking for a ceo: rumour has it julius is the front runner. entry requirements states person needs to be believe ANC is the best thing since sliced bread.
