ADSL problems taking long to be resolved?

My Theory is that Tel scum is "Bumping" users off their network. I would be interested in an Investigative report or Poll to gauge the impact of World Cup traffic. Personally been "Off-Line" for 2 weeks. ADSL 512

Ya Wanna Bet?
Since i have have had "Partial service" restored, Telkom allows traffic to resume DURING my phone call to their Call Centre; not once, but Thrice!
(Fault still OPEN)
