I got a 4Mbps line, but when I do a speed test on speedtest.net I am getting download speeds of 97kBps - 110kBps.
On saix.net I am getting 375kBps. I have logged numerous faults with Telkom, even though my fault is not resolved they close the faults! I have complained several time on HelloPeter, called them on numerous occasions and sent several emails! No one gets back to me!
I then get called a week later saying that there is nothing wrong on their side, then 10 minutes later I get a call saying that there is congestion at the exchange. This was in September, up to now no one from Telkom has gotten back to me regarding this! Also no resolution of this issue!
Is there any way, or anybody who had the same problem with Telkom that knows how to make them get a rush on this??
This is unfair because I have to pay for a 4Mbps line and account but I am not getting the desired speeds.
