ADSL speed upgrades on track

Have you been living in a cave? There's plenty of articles here mentioning that the upgrades will commence from August for everybody.

Where?

All I find is stuff like this:

These upgrades are another step on Telkom’s ongoing journey to providing South African businesses with the ICT infrastructure necessary to help them thrive in a globally competitive world,” said Brian Armstrong, managing director of Telkom Business.

“Small to medium businesses specifically will now be able to access a wider range of business utilities to boost their productivity,” concluded Armstrong.

I cannot find any mention of consumer ADSL upgrades.

Found it!

The ISP is now positioned to meet the ever increasing demand for greater data capacity and speed. New generation consumer content and business applications will now be possible from Telkom Internet in a more cost effective manner.
