I am supposed to have been upgraded to 1MB/sec but my latest Speed Test this morning was Download 315 Kb/s &
upload about 115 Kb/s. This is FAST??????

Hi there
I'm currently on 1 meg line with Mweb, and my telkom line is like you know on 2 meg. Will I see a difference in download speed if I upgrade with mweb to a 2 meg line. I'm using download accelerator for drivers and demos etc, and get speed like 100/130kb/ps.
Please assist.
