About 2 weeks ago my parents were informed by Telkom that their lines were stolen and now they have a telephone but no ADSL.
Last week the same thing happened to me. I have lost ADSL but telephone still works.
I have logged a fault with Telkom but to date no feedback.
I have asked them if I am going to end up having the same issue because if that is the case then i need to find an alternate solution...
It is becoming a serious issue as I work from HOME...
I do not even get feedback from DM on Twitter
